Our thoughts
It is perfect for camping in all weather conditions, from hot days to cold nights. The swag is made with high-quality materials, including a waterproof ripstop canvas and a durable, breathable poly/cotton lining. It also includes solid composite poles and heavy-duty zippers for added peace of mind. We have put our swag through its paces and never had a single drop of water inside.
The unique design of the swag allows for plenty of ventilation and prevents condensation build-up. The build quality on the Dusk to Dawn is at a very high standard, the swag comes with a heavy-duty PVC floor and composite poles, so you can rest easy knowing your swag is up for the hashes of conditions. When you’re ready to hit the road, the swag is easy to pack up and transport. It comes with a heavy-duty canvas carry bag that holds the swag and all its accessories. The bag is designed with a two-way zip, so you can easily roll up the swag and secure it, the swag also features a compression strap system, which allows you to compress the swag to a smaller size for easy transport and storage.
The Darche swag also comes with plenty of other features that make it even more appealing for someone looking to purchase a high-quality swag. These include a removable mosquito net, a central zipper system, the 70mm comfortable mattress and a mattress protector. The swag also has a pocket for storing small items as well as a pocket for keeping your phone or other electronics safe and dry.
The Darche Dusk to Dawn 1100 Swag offers a refined approach to enhancing your camping and outdoor experiences. Crafted with precision from high-quality materials, this swag is designed to deliver a dry and comfortable sleep, ensuring a more enjoyable outdoor experience.
My choice of the 1100 model over the 900 was primarily motivated by the need for additional space within the swag, both for sleeping and gear storage. In retrospect, opting for the 900 or 1500 may have been more prudent. The 1100, unfortunately, presents limitations in terms of aftermarket self-inflating mattress options. Additionally, the 900 offers a more compact packing size. Alternatively, the 1500 model provides the flexibility of accommodating a partner or a young adventurer on your next journey.
It’s worth noting that the Darche Dusk to Dawn 1100 Swag is remarkably easy to assemble, disassemble, and transport, ensuring effortless portability for your outdoor endeavors.
With all these features, the swag is sure to be a hit with any Aussie camping or outdoor enthusiast. I can honestly say, Ive had my best night’s sleep in my Darche Dusk to Dawn Swag. Just don’t forget to pack your pillow!
